I stopped in the 46st building today to register a recently purchased car. I saw you actively helping a number of citizens, leading them to the correct line. I appreciate you spending a little of your time to help others today. I have not seen anything like this at that office in the past. Marge helped me with my registration and I wanted to recognize her for her pleasant demeanor. Normally, going to the DMV has been a hassle. You and your employees having a positive attitude made it much more bearable today.
Congratulations to Andy Stebbing and the Lancaster County Treasurers Office! I go into the DMV at 4pm, at the end of the month to register a new truck and I'm in and out in 10 minutes! I'm impressed.

I went to the 46th & R site and was assisted by Duc. He was very helpful, answered all my questions in a professional manner, explained everything for what I needed to do to sell my Father-in-laws vehicle since he passed away. After he got me the duplicate title, he went over it again so I would understand where to sign and how to sign as POA for the transfer title. He deserves an Atta-boy for a job well done. I didn't even have to mention your name! All your folks out there are doing great and deserve to know that they are appreciated. Thank Duc for me and keep up the good work.
Recently I was at the DMV on 46th street to renew my driver's license and retitle my vehicles in my name as my husband, Bob, had passed away in 2010. The person who helped me was very sympathetic and very efficient. believe her name is JoAnn. I only waited about 10 min or less until there was a spot, but I'm the one who took a lot of time. I think I was at the window about 30 min as I had 3 vehicles to retitle. I Just wanted you to know that I had a positive experience.

Easily the most efficient DMV outfit of all the other states I've lived in (6).
Even though it was a Friday before a holiday on the last business day of the month.
Just a quick note to relate the positive experience I had in dealing with Candace Meredith. I had mailed in 3 tax payments March 22nd or 23rd, but they were never received/credited through the Treasurer's office, nor taken out of my bank account. Upon calling on April 1st, the office told me to wait a week or two since they were still processing thousands of payments/envelopes. On April 3rd I noticed interest was being charged on those properties. I called back, not in a very good mood because I take pride in paying my bills and taxes in a timely fashion, explained the situation and wondered how my checks/payments could be "lost in the mail". After talking with one employee and not getting satisfactory answers/service, she forwarded me to Candace who was exceptional in helping out.
Anyway, Candace was extremely professional and accommodating. They are still looking for the envelope, but I went down and paid in person on Friday, and Candace was again very helpful and kind.

I wanted to let you know that I noticed something pretty amazing last Friday during my trip to the DMV. I was really impressed by the fact that you were right there, in the lobby, talking to customers and even watched you sit down with someone and give her personal one-on-one help as she navigated through the system.

I just renewed a registration at the 46th Street office. The process is just like I think it should be. I was probably in the building all of five minutes.
There were perhaps ten people in line, several moved to open windows, then a gal came to the line and asked for those with ordinary renewals - that took two more from the line.
The employees seemed pleasant, even happy, to assist customers - overall a satisfactory experience.
I recall renewing in the 'old' days of the Court House (before the City-County Bldg) when we had to go to three different offices to complete the process with really grumpy people. It could take an hour or two.
I usually renew by mail, but this vehicle was going to be gone for a period of time, and I thought it best to expedite the process. It was most expeditious!!

I just want you to know the terrific level of service we recently received at the DMV. The young lady that helped me was named "Becca" and she went over and beyond any expectations I had of helpfulness including looking up the numbers for OHIO vehicle registration and providing a checklist for my son who is moving there. It was an exceptional experience and I left smiling and telling people about it.

Ok, Here is my report from going to the DMV! The experience was just about as good as it could possibly be. Georgiana (who works behind the Info counter) noticed that the line for registration renewals, etc. was getting long so she came out from behind her desk and asked if anyone was doing a simple renewal (I was). In any case, she was nice, pleasant and had my renewal done in a snap.
I just went there over my lunch hour a few weeks ago and even though the line was pretty long, the gal that helped me was very friendly.
I was there two weeks ago Andy. Takes less time than a Mickey D's drive-thru. Of course I threw your name around.
Marge is very kind, efficient, and helpful. Very pleased with my experience.
A Mr. A. M. called me today. He is thankful that Don found his son's title in the police department's evidence room. Then Don took the initiative to get the proper seller signatures, (which is why the police took the title), then printed off a new title for the 21 year son, so the kid could get plates.
Mr. A. M. said he hopes he can repay Don and the DMV. A. M. said nobody would help him including LPD, County Attorney, City Attorney, original seller, and so on. He said, "Don cared enough to help, and I hope everyone would follow his example."

Linda was so nice, she smiled at me and listened clearly to help me try to understand all that is needed to replace a lost Title to your car. I had been in 2 other times trying to get another title. Those 2 staff was unable to answer questions and made me so upset that if he called next I was going to let the next person behind me go ahead of me.
The service was awesome. When people keep a smile an their face, and all people keep me in smiles at this place, which is great.
I was very impressed with the courtesy Becca showed a customer. I would give her an A++. A great example for others to follow.
Matt was awesome, handled all issues quickly. When needed notarization he was fast and was all taken care of ASAP. Best experience I have ever had at a DMV.
