  2. When are taxes due and delinquent?
    • Taxes for both Real Estate and Personal Property are due - Dec. 31st
    • 1st half delinquent the following - April 1st
    • 2nd half delinquent the following - August 1st
  3. When are tax notices mailed?
    • The first week of December
  4. What should I do if I didn't receive a tax notice?
    • Call the Lancaster County Treasurer's Office at 402-441-7425
  5. If my taxes are paid by a mortgage company, will I still get a tax notice.
    • Yes. Statements are mailed to the individual homeowner, regardless of who is responsible for payment.
