Utility Permits
Utility Permits are required for any utility occupying Lancaster County road right-of-way. Applicants provide location and construction details of the proposed work and if available the construction plans. There is no charge for public utilities and a charge of $5.00 for private utilities. Review of this permit may take 5 - 7 business days.
