Early/Absentee Ballot Request Form

Option 1:
Voters may download the Lancaster County Nebraska Early/Absentee Ballot Request Form (the link is located below), print, complete the form, sign it, and then mail or fax the form to the Election Office by the deadline. You may also complete the form while online, print and sign the form and mail it to the Election Office by the deadline.

Option 2:
If you do not have access to a printer to print off the Early/Absentee Ballot Request form above, please contact the Lancaster County Election Commissioner's Office at (402) 441-7311 during regular offices hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to request that an Early Absentee Ballot Request Form be mailed or faxed to you. You may also simply write a letter requesting that an early/absentee ballot be mailed to you by including your name, , your party affiliation, your address, and the address where you would like the early/absentee ballot sent if it is different than your registered address. Please be sure to sign the letter.

Option 3:
Beginning on Monday, April 9, 2012, voters may come directly to the Lancaster County Election Commissioner's Office and cast an Early/Absentee Ballot for the May 15th Primary Election in person or to take a ballot with them.

The Election Commissioner's Office is located at 601 North 46th Street, Lincoln, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
