Please note that all original filing forms must be notarized and returned to the Election Commissioner by the following Deadlines:

Incumbent Office Holders -- Wednesday, February 15, 2012 (5:00 p.m.)

Non Incumbent Office Holders -- Thursday, March 1, 2012 (5:00 p.m.)

Delegates to Republican and Libertarian Party County Conventions -- Thursday, March 1, 2012 (5:00 p.m.)

• Filing form for Candidates filing for a Non Partisan Office
• Filing form for Delegates to the Republican and Libertarian County Conventions***
