The Denton United Methodist Church extends to you a warm
welcome to the Denton area. We have celebrated over 100 years of
ministry and friendship in the Denton community, and we invite you to
join us for worship and fellowship.
The Denton church is one of four churches in the Conestoga Parish
of the Nebraska Conference of the United Methodist Church. The Pastor can

Each Sunday morning we hold Sunday School at 9:45 am and Worship Services at 10:45 am. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of the month.
Sunday School
We hold classes for Children, Youth, and Adults during the school
year, early September until late May.
Vacation Bible School (VBS)
Held for one week right after school lets out for the summer, our VBS
is open to all children of the community. For more information,
contact Marilyn Giles, our VBS Coordinator, at 402-797-2050.
Youth Group
Youth from the Conestoga Parish (Pleasant Dale, Denton and Raymond) meet
on various Sunday evenings throughout the year. Fifth graders and older
get together for fun and fellowship. If you'd like to join us, call Youth

Ladies Aid
Meeting the third Tuesday of each month, September through May, this
group does good things for our church and community. The women host an
annual soup supper in October and a spaghetti supper in January to raise
funds for special projects.
United Methodist Women (UMW)
Meeting the second Saturday morning of each month, this group is involved with outreach and mission projects.
United Methodist Men (UMM)
Meeting the third Saturday morning of each month, this group meets for education and fellowship.
