Crime Mapping and Community Trends
The Sheriff's Office Investigation Division prepares monthly crime maps to help deputies and investigators respond more appropriately to areas needing attention. For example, if there are an inordinate amount of traffic accidents in a particular area, the patrol division will respond by planning a special traffic enforcement selective where needed. Crime trends such as thefts from automobiles could also be responded to by focusing more patrol cars to the particular location during the times when the thefts are occurring.

Listed below are monthly traffic and criminal maps for the past twelve months, which can be viewed in the PDF format. Also listed is the Uniform Crime Report summary prepared by the Investigations Division for the calender years that are available.

PDF Help Files are in PDF format and range in file size from 50k to 600k.
