  • Resolution R-11-0042 - Supplementing appropriations from the previously adopted budget for the Community Mental Health Fund in the amount of $32,500.

  • Resolution R-11-0046 - Proclaiming the period of July 11-22, 2011 as the Annual "Campaign Against Hunger".
  • Resolution R-11-0047 - Installation of "Engine Braking Prohibited" signs at the following locations in Lancaster County; one sign on Saltillo Road, 700 feet east of S. 56th Street for westbound traffic, and one sign on Saltillo Road, 1000 feet west of S. 54th Street for eastbound traffic.
  • Resolution R-11-0048 - Installation of a traffic sign at the following location in Lancaster County: one intersection sign (W2-1) on Waverly Road, approximately 500 feet east of N. 70th Street for westbound traffic.
  • Resolution R-11-0049 - Thanking Laurie McAdams for her service to Lincoln-Lancaster County.
  • Resolution R-11-0050 - Fixing the date, time and place for a public hearing regarding a request to vacate a portion of W. Panama Road, more particularly described as Lot 2, an irregular tract located at a point in the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 7 North, Range 6 East of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lancaster County, Nebraska.
  • Resolution R-11-0051 - Expressing the County's appreciation for the dedicated services of Mike DeKalb.
  • Resolution R-11-0052 - Installation of the following traffic signs in Sunrise Estates, Lancaster County, Nebraska: one "Caution Children Playing" sign (C1-2mod) on Linwood Lane, south of Holdrege Street for southbound traffic, and one "Caution Children Playing" sign (C1-2mod)on Linwood Lane, north of Eastview Road for northbound traffic.
  • Resolution R-11-0053 - Authorizing the signing of a federal aid transportation fund purchase-sale agreement between the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads and Lancaster County to establish the terms upon which the State will purchase federal funds previously distributed to the County for transportation projects. The State will pay the County 80% of the total dollar amount of federal-aid funds purchased by the State from the County. The agreement is effective upon execution by the State.
  • Resolution R-11-0054 - Installation of the following traffic sign in Lancaster County, Nebraska: one "School Bus Ahead" sign (S3-1) on W. Rokeby Road, approximately 500 feet in advance of 11351 W. Rokeby Road, for westbound traffic.
  • Resolution R-11-0055 - Adoption of the VantageCare Retirement Health Savings Plan.
  • Resolution R-11-0056 - Amending Sections VI and XV of County Resolution No. 03-0007, regulations for the operation of body art and piercing establishments. The amendment increases permit fees for the operation of body art and piercing establishments as provided in Attachment A.
  • Resolution R-11-0057 - Amending Section XIII of County Resolution No. 02-0030, procedures for the regulation of on-site wastewater treatment systems. The amendment increases the fees for on-site wastewater treatment permits as provided in Attachment A.
  • Resolution R-11-0058 - Amending Section X of County Resolution No. 06-0005, procedures for the inspection of on-site water supply systems and on-site wastewater treatment systems prior to the sale, transfer or conveyance of property. The amendment increases the fees for evaulation and review of property transfer inspector reports, necessary site visitsby the Health Director and property transfer inspector permits as provided in Attachment A.
  • Resolution R-11-0059 - Amending Resolution No. 5069, the Lancaster County Air Pollution Control Resolution of 1993, to increase the fee for open burning permits as provided in Attachment A.
  • Resolution R-11-0060 - Amending Article 1, Sections 5 and 6, and Article 2, Sections 8, 17,29 and 30 of the Lincoln-Lancaster County Air Pollution Regulations and Standards. The amendment increases the fee for asbestos project notifications and consolidates all the fees into Article 1, Section 6 as provided in Attachments A, B, C, D, E and F.
  • Resolution R-11-0061 - Authorizing use of the County Visitors Improvement Fund for visitor promotion for the period of January 2011 to June 2011, totaling $154,290.21
  • Resolution R-11-0062 - Exceeding the budgeted restricted funds limit for the 2010-11 fiscal year by an additional one percent.
  • Resolution R-11-0063 - Final allocation of levy authority to all political subdivisions subject to County levy authority.
  • Resolution R-11-0064 - Implementing Lancaster County's last best offer regarding contract negotiations with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (AFSCME).
  • Resolution R-11-0065 - Vacation of a portion of West Panama Road aka Lot 2, located at a point in the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 7 North, Range 6 East of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lancaster County, Nebraska.
  • Resolution R-11-0066 - Matter of approving the Lancaster County Fiscal Budget for the Fiscal Year of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
  • Resolution R-11-0067 - Expressing the County's appreciation for the dedicated services of Jane Snyder, Lincoln City Councilwoman.
  • Resolution R-11-0068 - Monday, September 26, 2011 as "Family Day - A Day to Eat Dinner with Your Children".
  • Resolution R-11-0069 - Issuance of tax sale certificates on delinquent parcels which were not sold for want of bids.
  • Resolution R-11-0070 - Expressing the County's appreciation for the dedicated services of John Cripe, Lincoln-Lancaster County Personnel Department.
  • Resolution R-11-0071 - Setting the 2011-2012 property tax request for Lancaster County at a different amount than that of the prior year.
  • Resolution R-11-0072 - Recommendation from the Lancaster County Personnel Policy Board regarding Lancaster County Rule 17.18 and approving amendment of Lancaster County Personnel Rule 17.18 to freeze longevity pay for status employees not covered by a labor agreement, effective October 5, 2011.
  • Resolution R-11-0073 - Expressing the County's appreciation for the dedicated service of Joan Anderson.
  • Resolution R-11-0074 - Striking uncollectible property tax from the tax list.
  • Resolution R-11-0075 - Installation of additional "Well Head Protection Area" signs on Olive Creek Raod at the following locations in Lancaster County: 2200 feet west of S. 68th Street for eastbound traffic, 400 feet west of S. 68th Street for westbound traffic, 600 feet east of S 68th Street for eastbound traffic and 2600 feet east of S. 68th Street for westbound traffic.
  • Resolution R-11-0076 - Directing the County Engineer to conduct a study regarding vacating a portion of NW 12th Street between W. Raymond Road and W. Branched Oak Road, such portion beginning at a point 575 feet north of the southwest corner of the northwest square, Section 34, Township 12 North, Range 6 East of the 6th principal meridian, thence north ending at a point 775 feet north of said southwest corner of said northwest quarter, Lancaster County, Nebraska.
  • Resolution R-11-0077 - Establishing a policy of making payments of salaries and reimbursable expsenses to Lancaster County employees by electronic funds transfer or a similar means of direct deposit. The policy shall be effective January 1, 2012.

  • Resolution R-11-0082 - Instituting eminent domain proceedings against Larry L. Schmutte: Project C55-Q-409(1). Tract No. 36 (Pine Lake Road from S. 112th Street to S. 148th Street).
  • Resolution R-11-0083 - Fixing the date, time and place for a public hearing regarding a request to vacate a portion of NW 12th Street between W. Branched Oak Road and W.   • Resolution R-11-0089 - Corporate manager liquor license application for Michael H. Kunkee, in connection with the Class I liquor license for the Lincoln Izaak Walton League located at 10801 S 134th Street, Bennet, Lancaster County, Nebraska.
  • Resolution R-11-0090 - Designating banks as despositories for Lancaster County for 2012.
  • Resolution R-11-0091 - Declaring projects under Nebraska Revised Statute 23-120, as amended, and imposing levy for the costs and indebtedness for such projects.
  • Resolution R-11-0092 - Amending Rule 17.19 and 17.20 of the Lancaster County Personnel Rules, as provided in Attachment A. The amendments delete references to Lancaster Manor.

Branched Oak Road and authorizing installation of a fence, gates and barriers on said portion of NW 12th Street between and closing the bridge on the portion of NW 12th Street between W. Branched Oak Road and W. Raymond Road in Lancaster County.
  • Resolution R-11-0096 - Installation of a "School Bus Stop Ahead" sign on W. Adams Street approximately 500 feet in advance of 6000 W. Adams Street for eastbound traffic.
