Voter Registration Sites for April 14th - 19th

LINCOLN -- The Lancaster County Election Commissioner will conduct voter registration at several sites from Sunday, April 14th - Friday, April 19th. Any Nebraska resident who will be 18 on or before November 5, 2013, has moved, changed his or her name, or would like to change their political party affiliation, may register to vote at the following times and locations:

  • Sunday, April 14th - 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    Barnes and Noble - South Pointe
    27th and Pine Lake Road
    Lincoln
  • Monday, April 15th - 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    Russ's Market
    66th and O Streets
    Lincoln
  • Tuesday, April 16th - 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
    Russ's Market
    West A and Coddington Avenue
    Lincoln
  • Wednesday, April 17th - 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    Super Saver
    56th and Highway 2
    Lincoln
  • Thursday, April 18th - 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
    Russ's Market
    17th and Washington Street

  • Friday, April 19th - 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Individuals may also register to vote through the mail. Mail-in registration forms are available at most post offices, banks, and libraries. A voter registration form is also available on the Election Commissioner's web site which may be downloaded, printed and mailed to the Election Commissioner's office. The web site address is: lancaster.ne.gov/election. Mail-in voter registration applications must be postmarked no later than Friday, April 19th in order to be effective for the May 7th General Election.

Citizens may also register to vote at the Election Commissioner's Office, 601 North 46th Street, through Friday, April 26th. The office is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Individuals who have questions regarding voter registration should contact the Election Commissioner's Office at (402) 441-7311.
