Road Construction Will Not Hinder Voters
Ability to Access Two Polling Locations
Lincoln — Road construction on Holdrege Street and Pioneers Boulevard will not hinder voters ability to access polling locations located at Capitol City Christian Church and South Gate United Methodist Church for the Lincoln City General Election on Tuesday, May 3rd.
Voters in Precincts 12 A-8, 12 A-9, and 12 A-10 who vote at Capitol Christian Church, 7800 Holdrege, may gain access to their polling location from the East of the Church by turning west from either 80th or 84th Streets and following the signs to the church.
Voters in Precinct 9 F-3 who vote at South Gate United Methodist Church, 3500 Pioneers Boulevard, will find Pioneers Boulevard open from South 33rd Street to the church’s parking lot. Entrance to the church's parking lot may also be obtained from the north by using Daniel Road.
Postcards with the above information were sent to all voters in those precincts affected by the road construction.
Voters with questions about their polling location by contacting the Election Office at 402-441-7311 or by logging onto the Voter Information Center.
