Lancaster County Election Commissioner to
Conduct Voter Registration in Malcolm
Lincoln ó The Lancaster County Election Commissionerís Office will conduct voter registration at Malcolm High School, 10002 NW 112th Street, Malcolm, on Wednesday, August 18th from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (noon). Any Nebraska resident who will be 18 on or before November 2, 2010, has moved, changed his or her name, or would like to change their political party affiliation, may register to vote at that time.
Individuals may also register to vote through the mail. Mail-in registration forms are available at most post offices, banks, libraries and on page 80 of the blue pages in the Windstream telephone book. A voter registration form is also available on the Election Commissionerís web site which may be downloaded, printed and mailed to the Election Commissionerís office. The web site address is: lancaster.ne.gov/election. Mail-in registrations forms must be post marked no later than Friday, August 27th in order to be effective for the September 14th Malcolm Public Schools Special Bond Election.
Citizens may also register to vote at the Election Commissionerís Office, 601 North 46th Street, weekdays from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. through Friday, September 3rd.
