Brandon Crago Arrested for Home Invasion Robbery
On August 11, 2008, at 9pm, Brandon Crago was arrested for his involvement in the Robbery that occurred at 7130 Morton Street. At 7:19 am, on August 10, 2008, the two residents, Robert and Cheryl Orr, were startled by a man that walked into their home carrying a shotgun. He pointed the gun directly at them and demanded the keys to their vehicle. The suspect left with their Jeep Cherokee and two cellular telephones. The Jeep was recovered less than an hour later in Ceresco. Brandon Crago was later developed as a suspect. He has since been positively identified as the party that robbed the Orr family.
During the course of the investigation, officers discovered that Crago was convicted of Class III Felony – Aid & Abet in Platte County District Court on January 6, 2006. He has been lodged at the Lancaster County Jail. Additional charges are pending related to other crimes occurring in both Lincoln and Lancaster County.
