Follow-up Meeting of PARS Committee set for December 2, 2008

The Pershing Adaptive Reuse and Site (PARS) Study Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2008. The meeting is set to begin at 5:00 p.m., in the Second Floor Design Studio of The Clark Enersen Partners at 1010 Lincoln Mall.

Stakeholder Interview Report Released

A Summary Report of over two dozen interviews with Pershing Center Stakeholders has been released. The Summary Report presents the thoughts of the interviewed Stakeholders concerning the future adaptive reuse of Pershing Center and the site. A structured interview format was used in conducting the research. Those persons interviewed were asked a range of questions regarding the appropriate treatment of the building in the future; the type of uses which should and should not be considered for the Center; the use of "Green Technologies" in its rehabilitation; the future status of the mural on the western entrance; and many other topical items.
