County Attorney Joe Kelly

The County Attorney prosecutes felony and misdemeanor crimes under Nebraska Law. The Office assists in collection of child support and petitions with Juvenile Court (cases with children who are delinquent, neglected, dependent or in need of special supervision). The Office advises county agencies and defends suits brought against the County.
